SPECIAL RATES : from 15th october to 31th december 2024
- Prices per sample :
> De 1 à 5 samples - France : 137 € HT / 164,4 € TTC Outside France : 137€ Net of tax
> De 6 à 10 samples - France : 134 € HT / 160,8 € TTC Outside France : 134€ Net of tax
> De 11 à 15 samples - France : 132 € HT / 158,4 € TTC Outside France : 132€ Net of tax
> De 16 à 20 samples - France : 130 € HT / 156 € TTC Outside France : 130€ Net of tax
> 21 samples and more - France : 127 € HT / 152,5 € TTC Outside France : 127€ Net of tax

> From 1 to 5 samples - France: 144 € HT / 172,8 € TTC Outside France : 144 € Net de taxes
> From 6 to 10 samples - France: 141 € HT / 169,2 € TTC Outside France: 141 € Net of taxes
> From 11 to 15 samples - France: 139 € HT / 166,8 € TTC Outside France: 139 € Net of taxes
> From 16 to 20 samples - France: 137 € HT / 164,4 € TTC Outside France: 137 € Net of taxes
> 21 samples and more - France: 134 € HT / 160,8 € TTC Outside France: 134 € Net of taxes
Please note: the shipping of the samples and the customs fees are at your charge. In case of failure to comply with your customs obligations, EURL Oenologues de France reserves the right to charge you for these costs.
HOW TO REGISTER :
1 - CREATE/LOGIN TO YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT
- Create your account or login
2 - REGISTER YOUR SAMPLES
- Fill in an online registration form for each reference you wish to register.
- Please fill in all the requested data carefully
- If your wine exists under several references, we advise you to notify them directly in the name or remarks section
3 - PREPARE THE DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE YOUR FILE
In the framework of French legislation relating to the organisation of wine competitions, several documents are required for each reference registered. These can be downloaded from your online account. The different documents are :
- An analysis bulletin dated less than 1 year ago and corresponding to the registered sample
- The commercial wine label
- For France (french producer) only : a declaration of claim (for AOP/IGP) or an application for certification (wine without GI) or a harvest declaration (wine without IG)
Reminder: accounts that do not have their complete file, documents and payment up to date, by the close of registration (7 February 2025) will not be considered for the competition.
4 - PAYMENT OF YOUR REGISTRATION
- Pay your registration online directly by credit card. You can also choose to pay by cheque or bank transfer (payable to EURL Oenologues de France), your registration is then put on hold until we receive your payment.
Reminder: accounts that do not have their complete file, documents and payment up to date, by the close of registration (7 February 2025) will not be considered for the competition.
5 - SEND YOUR SAMPLES (from 6 January to 12 february 2025 !)
Depending on your location, there are different procedures to adopt :
A/ - Are you based in France ?
> 2 options :
Option 1 - Shipment to our GEODIS Reims warehouse :
> Your sample must be sent with a CRD cap obligatory.
> Send 4 bottles per registered sample (see adresse below)
Option 2 - Drop off at our stand at the VINITECH SIFEL trade fair at the Parc des expositions in Bordeaux : (until 28 November 2024)
> Visit us from 26 to 28 November 2024 at the Vinalies stand, Hall 1 Aisle A 19-02
> Deposit of 4 bottles per registered sample
B/ - Are you based in Europeene Union ?
> You need to draw up an EAD Mandatory (Electronic Administrative Documment) to transport your samples to the reception site.
> Excise number to establish the EAD : FR093379E0016 / Numéro de l'entrepôt : FR193379E0016
> Send 4 bottels per registered sample (see adress below)
> For Swiss wines : beware of shipments made with "La Poste". Customs clearance is carried out by their service and you will be billed. If you do not pay these customs fees, the parcel will be held up at their offices. Please remember to pay these charges in full so that your parcel reaches us.
C/ - Are you based from other countries ?
> Shipment by DDP Reims (incoterms 2010)
> Please note that you must produce a proforma invoice (see model below) to accompany your samples, made out to "EURL Œnologues de France" mentioning " Samples without commercial value - Value for Customs purposes only".
> Please note that if you use an express delivery company, they may charge you administrative fees in addition to French customs duties.
